Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily performance of digital content teams, ensuring they meet goals and optimizing their operational efficiency.
  • Plan and implement content strategies aligned with local Turkish market requirements and ensure these strategies harmonize with global project objectives.
  • Support the personal and professional development of team members, maintaining high motivation through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Continuously monitor content quality standards and ensure the effective execution of quality assurance protocols.
  • Analyze operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions for process improvements, reporting findings to project managers.
  • Ensure coordination between different departments (Training, Quality, Analytics) to guarantee a seamless content workflow.
  • Educate the team on legal, ethical, and platform compliance rules and maintain the highest standards of diligence in all operations.

Required Competencies:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content management, operational leadership, or team coordination.
  • Native-level (C2) proficiency in the Turkish language and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level and above) for internal communication.
  • Strong ability to lead and coach teams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; a detail-oriented, results-focused approach.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience regarding digital content platforms and moderation processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to commit to full-time, on-site work in Porto, and possession of EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
