Specialist to join our technical support team in Lisbon. This role is perfect for

primary point of contact for our Nordic users, providing exceptional technical

guidance and ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or technical support role.

Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Norwegian and professional fluency in English (B2+).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with search engine ecosystems.

Valid EU Passport/Citizenship or existing Portuguese work permit.
