About the Role: We are seeking a Content Moderator to help us ensure a safe and respectful digital space. This is a Hybrid opportunity, requiring near-native proficiency in Dutch (C1) and professional English. You will be responsible for reviewing sensitive online content, enforcing guidelines, and utilizing keen judgment. This role offers flexibility but requires commitment to local operations. We are prioritizing local candidates able to manage both remote and office-based work.

Key Requirements:

  • Language: Near-Native/Fluent Dutch (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2).
  • Work Model: Hybrid (Mix of remote and office work).
  • Schedule: Full-time, working Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
  • Skills: Strong ethical compass, excellent judgment, high discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
