As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the performance of online advertising efforts. You will work in a vibrant, international environment in the heart of Santos, combining the flexibility of hybrid work with the collaboration of in-office days.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with paid search platforms and other digital advertising avenues.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Manage display network placement lists on various advertising platforms.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive strategy across all channels.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2) and fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of mandatory experience managing paid search campaigns and working with major digital advertising platforms.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Familiarity with website analytics tools is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Attributes: Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Eligibility: Must hold valid documentation to work in Portugal.
