In this essential function, you will be the crucial point of contact for users of one of the world's most influential digital platforms. Your primary responsibility lies in providing superior, solution-oriented support. You will handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to user accounts, service functionalities, billing, and general platform navigation. This occurs across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and potentially phone. We expect you to rapidly build product knowledge, communicate complex information clearly, and always strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction. Empathy and patience are indispensable here, as is the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive and expert customer service to Dutch and English-speaking users, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Effectively diagnose and promptly resolve operational and technical issues at the user level.
  • Accurately and meticulously register all customer interactions and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the quality team and other departments to initiate process improvements and optimize the overall customer experience.
  • Actively participate in all training and development programs to continuously expand your knowledge of new features, products, and policies.
  • Independently manage your daily workflow, setting priorities to meet required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Strict adherence to the organization's privacy policy and ethical standards, given the sensitivity of user data.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Fluent command of the Dutch language (C2) and excellent communication skills in English (C1), both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a customer service, technical support, or call center environment is a strong asset, preferably a minimum of 1 year.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and an analytical, detail-oriented working method.
  • You are customer-focused, stress-resistant, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and general IT applications.
  • Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Porto, Portugal.
  • The possession of EU nationality or a valid Portuguese work permit is required due to local legislation.
