About the Role

As a Flemish speaking Solution Specialist, you will help business customers adopt digital tools and optimize their operational processes. This hybrid role combines customer interaction, technical explanation and strategic guidance. You will be the main point of contact for companies seeking digital transformation support, ensuring they understand how to implement the right solutions for their needs.

Your Responsibilities

Assist Flemish speaking customers in identifying the right digital solutions
Provide clear guidance and step-by-step explanations
Collaborate with specialists to support complex cases
Analyze user behavior and recommend improvements
Maintain documentation and update customer records
Communicate professionally through calls, emails and web sessions
Support onboarding processes for new business clients
Participate in skill-development workshops and ongoing coaching
Work with internal teams to optimize service strategies

Candidate Profile

Fluent Flemish and strong English
Interest in digital tools and solution implementation
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Team-oriented and supportive mindset
Ability to work hybrid in Málaga or Valencia
EU work authorization

Dagelijkse Verantwoordelijkheden

Ondersteunen van Vlaamse klanten bij hun digitale behoeften

Correct bijhouden van klantgegevens
Professionele communicatie via telefoon, mail en online meetings
