Your Duties Beyond Answering Calls:
As the key point of contact for our German-speaking users, you are the engine for a smooth customer experience.
- Professional Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries regarding bookings, account information, payments, and technical issues, primarily via phone and chat.
- Problem Resolution: Fast and effective analysis of customer concerns and independent development of solutions following defined processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring a high standard of service quality and meticulous documentation of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the team to escalate complex cases and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Stable Working Hours: You work 5 days per week (40 hours). We utilize rotating shift schedules for both summer and winter, covering business hours from Monday to Sunday. Working hours fall between 09:00 and 20:00 (Monday-Friday) and 11:00 and 20:00 (Saturday/Sunday).

Your Profile What You Bring to the Team:

- Location: You must be a resident of Turkey and possess or be eligible to apply for a valid work permit.
- Skills: Strong service orientation, empathy, and the ability to maintain composure even during stressful moments.
