We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Account Manager to oversee B2B relationships for a world-renowned premium consumer appliance brand. This is a massive hiring effort with 17 urgent vacancies for an essential office-based role in Greece. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of key commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, coordinating delivery logistics, and handling all post-sales support inquiries.
This position demands a highly organized professional with excellent relationship skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted orders and service contracts. You will be the crucial link ensuring seamless operational support for our commercial partners.
Your Impact: Operational Excellence and Client Retention
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of commercial accounts, building trust and ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Order & Logistics: Manage complex appliance orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and resolve any logistical challenges efficiently.
- Post-Sales Support: Handle post-sales service inquiries, escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring clear and timely communication with the client.
- Team Contribution: Work on-site in the Greece office, actively collaborating with sales and support teams to streamline commercial operations.
- Volume Handling: Demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
