About the Opportunity:

This is an excellent entry-level role in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, perfect for motivated individuals looking to kickstart their international career. You will be providing first-line support to users and clients of an innovative healthcare support service. Your main responsibility will be ensuring users receive the assistance and information they need efficiently and empathetically.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Provide incoming and outgoing voice and written support (email, chat) to customers and users in Portuguese and Spanish, and occasionally in English.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries related to the healthcare support service, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Document all interactions and resolution steps in the customer relationship management (CRM) system accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of service procedures and tools to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):

  • Native or Advanced Fluency (C1/C2) in Portuguese.
  • Advanced Fluency (B2/C1) in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in English (B1/B2 is the minimum required for internal communication and training).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Proven ability to work in a team, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Important: This position requires the applicant to be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, as it is an on-site/hybrid role.
