The Opportunity: Support for a Major Entertainment Platform

We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Expert to manage user inquiries for a globally recognized digital entertainment and streaming platform. This role offers Work-At-Home flexibility and is based in Greece. You will focus on resolving technical issues, handling billing/subscription questions, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience for customers.

Your Impact: High-Quality Entertainment Access

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, password resets, and app functionality via phone, chat, and email.
  • Account Resolution: Efficiently manage subscription changes, billing issues, and account security.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction maintains the brand's reputation for premium service.
  • Flexibility: Utilize the Work-At-Home option available for this project.

What You Bring: The User Advocate

  • Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in Swedish.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in a digital or streaming environment.
  • Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from the Greece office initially, with potential for long-term Work-At-Home.
