About the Role: We are recruiting a dedicated Customer Support professional for a secure, On-Site role at one of our main Service Centers, offering stable day shifts. Your native-level expertise in German (paired with English) will be essential in supporting our valued customer base with comprehensive inquiries. Key Requirements:

• Language: Native/Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English.
• Work Model: On-Site (In-Office).
• Schedule: Full-time, working shifts scheduled Monday-Sunday (08:00 AM - 20:00 PM).
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong empathy, and excellent organizational skills.

Anforderungen und Arbeitszeiten:

• Sprache: Muttersprachliches/Fließendes Deutsch und professionelles Englisch.
• Arbeitsmodell: Vor Ort (Im Büro).
• Arbeitsplan: Vollzeit, Arbeitsschichten Montag bis Sonntag von 08:00 - 20:00 Uhr (spezifische Tagesschichten innerhalb dieses Zeitrahmens).
