What Your Task Is:

You ensure a seamless customer experience by providing solutions and answering questions about products, orders, and service.

• Inbound Contacts: Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to orders, deliveries, assembly, and returns.
• First-Line Resolution: Adequately resolving problems upon first contact to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Product Expertise: You will develop into an expert in our product range to provide customers with the most accurate information.
• Quality Standards: You strictly follow our procedures and document all communication accurately.

Your Profile:

• Language: Fluent (C2/Native) Dutch is crucial, both written and verbal.
