This is a fast-paced, office-based role in Greece focused on resolving technical and subscription-related issues to ensure an uninterrupted viewing experience for consumers.

You will be the expert on device compatibility, app troubleshooting, streaming quality, and account security. The ideal candidate is technically adept, patient, and excels at guiding users through complex steps to resolution.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to streaming quality, device connectivity, and app functionality via phone, chat, and email.
