Your Role and Daily Tasks:

  • Multichannel Support: You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Subscription and Technical Support: Answering questions regarding account management, billing, app usage, streaming quality, and compatibility across various devices.
  • Customer Retention: Through excellent service, you ensure users have a positive experience and remain loyal to the service.
  • Knowledge Management: Accurately logging customer interactions in our systems to contribute to service improvement.

  • Shift System with Stability: You work 5 days per week (40 hours). The work plan is based on a rotating Winter and Summer schedule covering service hours from 09:00 AM to 01:00 AM.
