Your Tasks as a Service Hero:

You are the helping hand for our customers with all questions concerning bookings, cancellations, and the use of our online platform.

• Comprehensive Support: Handling customer inquiries, primarily via email and chat, with a high focus on quality.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building a positive customer relationship through friendly and expert advice.
• Travel Support: Assisting customers with travel details, payment processing, and general service information.
• Process Optimization: Documenting trends and recurring issues to improve service efficiency.

Your Work Environment and Benefits:

• 100% Remote: Work comfortably from your approved residence in Turkey.
• Stable Shift Model: Full-time (40 hours), 5 days per week. Shifts rotate and cover working hours between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Summer) and 08:30 AM and 10:00 PM (Winter).
