Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support specialist to deliver high-quality assistance in both Slovenian and English from our vibrant Sofia office. This is a dynamic on-site role where you will interact directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of service will be key to your success in this role within our international operations.
Key Requirements:
- Language: Native/Fluent Slovenian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Work Model: On-Site (In-Office).
- Schedule: Full-time, shifts scheduled Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 11:00 PM), and Sunday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Skills: Strong multitasking ability, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Zahteve in Urnik:
- Jezik: Materni/Tekoč slovenski jezik in tekoče znanje angleščine.
- Model dela: Delo na lokaciji (V pisarni v Sofiji).
- Urnik: Polni delovni čas, od ponedeljka do sobote (9:00-23:00) in nedelja (10:00-19:00) (določeni izmenični urniki znotraj tega okvira).
- Sposobnosti: Odlična komunikacija, profesionalnost in usmerjenost k reševanju problemov.
