We are looking for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join a multicultural team responsible for reviewing digital content submitted by users across online platforms. In this role you will analyze, evaluate and moderate text, images and videos to ensure that all materials comply with internal guidelines and regional regulations. You will help maintain a safe online environment by applying policies consistently and identifying content that may require escalation.

Your daily responsibilities include assessing user submissions, removing content that violates rules, categorizing materials accurately and making well-reasoned moderation decisions. You will evaluate cultural references, political context and regional nuances to ensure correct interpretation of sensitive material. This role requires emotional resilience, strong analytical skills and the ability to work with content that can sometimes be challenging or disturbing.

You will collaborate with quality teams, report patterns and trends and support improvements to moderation processes. You will also participate in regular training to stay updated on evolving guidelines. The role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, able to work with high accuracy and committed to maintaining integrity in the online space.

Since this position requires a deep understanding of local culture and context, only candidates residing in the local area will be considered. You will work in a hybrid model with scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday.
