• Monday to Friday: 09:00 20:00

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 19:00
  (365 days per year bank holidays paid double)

Salary: 2300/month + up to 250 performance bonus

About the Role:
Join our international travel support team! As a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant, youll assist travelers with bookings, flight or accommodation issues, and general inquiries for one of the worlds top travel brands.

What Youll Do:

• Provide professional support via phone, chat, or email

• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and travel queries

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish and English

• Maintain accurate case documentation

Requirements:

• Native or C1C2 level Danish

• B2 English (written & spoken)

• Great communication and problem-solving skills

• Must confirm: Yes, I will be moving on my own or I dont need relocation support
