About the Role: Become a vital Content Moderator and help us maintain a safe, positive, and respectful digital environment. This Hybrid role requires near-native proficiency in Dutch (C1) and professional English. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing online content, ensuring strict adherence to platform guidelines. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, candidates should have a strong understanding of relevant cultural and political nuances. High performance is rewarded with bonuses. Only local candidates will be prioritized for this hybrid model.

Key Requirements:

• Language: Near-Native/Fluent Dutch (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2).
• Work Model: Hybrid (Mix of remote and office work).
• Schedule: Full-time, working Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Skills: High level of discretion, excellent judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.

Functievereisten en Werktijden:

• Taal: Vrijwel moedertaal/Vloeiend Nederlands (C1) en professioneel Engels (B2).
• Werkmodel: Hybride (Combinatie van thuis- en kantoorwerk).
• Rooster: Voltijds, maandag t/m vrijdag van 9:00 - 19:00 uur (specifieke dienst binnen deze periode).
• Vaardigheden: Sterk ethisch besef, onpartijdigheid en besluitvaardigheid. Alleen lokale kandidaten komen in aanmerking voor dit hybride model.
