About the Role: Join our international team at one of our dedicated Global Service Centers as a Customer Support Representative. This is a stable, on-site role where you become the essential link between the business and our Azerbaijani-speaking customer base. You will expertly handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position is ideal for those who value structure, professionalism, and the opportunity to work within a diverse environment while living abroad.
Key Requirements:
- Language: Native/Fluent Azerbaijani and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Work Model: On-Site (In-Office).
- Schedule: Full-time, working hours are structured around Friday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) and Saturday/Sunday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
