What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Analyze and moderate user-generated content in German and English (including images, videos, and text) that may violate content policies.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in moderation decisions.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality and data privacy rules.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights on content trends and potential threats in the German-speaking region.
- Stay informed about the current political and cultural landscape in Germany and other German-speaking regions.
- Participate in debriefing sessions and utilize provided wellness resources to cope with sensitive material.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):
- Native or Advanced Fluency (C1/C2) in German (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English (B2 is the minimum mandatory for training and team communication).
- Cultural and political awareness of German-speaking regions.
- Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or customer service roles with complex rules is a plus.
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks and maintain calmness and objectivity under pressure.
- Availability to work evening shifts and potentially weekends (see working conditions).
- Important: This position requires applicants to be local candidates or willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, as it is an on-site/hybrid role.
