Key Responsibilities and Requirements (English)

• Danish Content Review: Conduct in-depth analysis of high volumes of user-generated content and advertisements (text, video, images) flagged for review, with a specific focus on the Danish-speaking segment.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply complex and frequently updated global rules to identify violations, particularly concerning sensitive areas like violent content, and take consistent and swift enforcement action.
• Quality and Consistency: Ensure a high degree of accuracy and objectivity in all moderation decisions to maintain trust in our platform's integrity.
• Risk Analysis: Actively identify new patterns of abuse, trends, and risks specific to the Danish market, reporting them to leadership to proactively mitigate threats.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with global teams to refine policies and tools based on real-world content review findings from the Danish territory.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and detailed documentation of all review actions and rationale within internal systems, supporting global operational standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Bilingual Fluency (Danish/English): Native or near-native fluency in the Danish language (both written and verbal) is a non-negotiable requirement. Professional proficiency in English is necessary for global communication and reporting.
• Experience: You must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in content moderation, risk analysis, customer support, or a similar role focused on analysis and quality assurance.
• Resilience: Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity and emotional resilience when regularly exposed to graphic or offensive content.
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to make fast, yet well-thought-out decisions under time pressure.
